DUORUI Pipe End Forming Machine is designed for customized processing of metal tube ends. Through different tooling and machine configurations, the equipment can perform various tube end forming operations according to customer drawings, samples, tube specifications, assembly requirements and production targets.
The machine combines stable clamping, controlled forming movement, customized tooling and convenient operating controls to support consistent finished-part quality. Depending on configuration, it can be applied to tube expanding, reducing, flaring, beading, flattening, grooving, closing or other customized tube end profiles.

Application Industries
1. Tube loading and positioning
Place the tube into the working position and confirm the required forming length.
2. Secure clamping
The fixture holds the tube before forming to maintain position.
3. Forming operation
Tooling moves according to the configured expanding, reducing, flaring or customized process.
4. Output and inspection
Remove or unload the finished component and inspect end profile, dimensions and surface condition.
Tooling development
Prepare forming tooling according to tube size, wall thickness, material and finished profile.
Hydraulic and electrical inspection
Check forming movement, control system, pressure and machine safety functions.
Sample forming test
Confirm tooling design, forming feasibility and finished-part dimensions where samples are supplied.
Final machine inspection
Inspect machine operation and export packaging before delivery.
