DUORUI CNC Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine is designed for accurate 90-degree cutting of metal tubes, pipes, bars and selected profiles. The machine combines servo-controlled feeding, multi-point hydraulic clamping and vertical saw cutting to achieve stable positioning, clean cut surfaces and repeatable cutting lengths for industrial production.
The machine is suitable for round, square, rectangular and selected profile sections. Model and clamping direction can be selected according to tube shape, section size, material grade, wall thickness, cutting length and production target. Final configuration should be confirmed according to customer drawings, sample testing and actual production requirements.

Application Industries
1. Tube loading
Load the tube or profile onto the feeding support and align the material.
2. Servo feeding
Set the cutting length and feed the material automatically to the target position.
3. Hydraulic clamping
Multi-point clamps hold the workpiece to reduce vibration and movement.
4. Saw cutting and output
Perform stable 90-degree cutting with cooling and collect cut pieces for the next process.
Cutting head and clamp assembly
Assemble saw head, feeding rail, clamp units, cooling system and safety components.
Electrical and hydraulic inspection
Check wiring, PLC/HMI operation, servo feeding, hydraulic pressure, sensors and emergency-stop functions.
Trial cutting and length verification
